To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taqweem Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, profit loss, or personal harm. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms. You remain liable for any outstanding payments at the time of termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
If any student faces issues with instructors or experiences problems on our platform, they are encouraged to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and fairly.
Parents may request weekly or monthly performance reports for their children enrolled at Taqweem Academy. These reports will be provided upon request.
